Definitions: “Extension” refers to the “WebSync for Business Central” software extension. “User” refers to you, the individual or entity accepting these terms. “WebSync Application” refers to the WebSync software application for Windows.

License Grant: Subject to these terms and conditions, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Extension, solely for the purpose of enabling the WebSync Application to retrieve data from Microsoft Business Central. Use of the Extension for any other purpose is strictly prohibited.

Prerequisites: In order to use the Extension, you must have a valid license for the WebSync Application. The Extension is not intended to be used independently of the WebSync Application.

Ownership: All right, title, and interest in and to the Extension (including all intellectual property rights) will remain with us.

Updates and Maintenance: We are not obliged to provide any updates, upgrades, or technical support for the Extension. Any such services provided will be subject to separate terms and conditions.

Data Processing: The Extension may process personal data. It is your responsibility to ensure that this is carried out in compliance with all relevant data protection laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) of the European Union.

Disclaimer of Warranties: The Extension is provided “as is”, without any warranty of any kind. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including any warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability: To the extent permitted by applicable law, we will not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with this agreement or the use or inability to use the Extension, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Termination: This agreement is effective until terminated. You may terminate it at any time by ceasing use of the Extension and deleting all copies of it.

Governing Law: This agreement will be governed by the laws of Denmark, and any disputes arising out of or in connection with this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Danish courts.
